Ordinance for Enforcement of the Ecotourism Promotion Act (No. 1 of 2008).

[摘要] The present Ordinance provides for the correct and efficient enforcement of the Ecotourism Promotion Act. In particular, article 2 deals with the application for certification of the “Overall Concept" under article 6 of the afore-mentioned Act establishing that when submitting the said application the documents listed in this articles shall be attached. The text consists of 7 articles.
