[摘要] This Act amends the Utilities Regulations and Competition Authority Act in section 43 by deling subsection 2 and by inserting two new subsections on the transfer to the Utilities Regulations and Competition Authority of the properly and contracts of each of the regulators referred to in subsection (1) together with all functions and powers required to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of regulation.
