[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 8 Chapters and 1 Annex, establishes the Legal Regime for Identification, Management, Monitoring and Classification of bathing sea areas. It includes bathing water quality and provides information to the public, with a view to preserving, protecting and improving the quality of the environment and the protection of human health as well as the Statute of the Lifeguard, regulating the exercise of lifeguard activity in the seaside care and safety in the bathing areas.
