Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 4/96 enforcing the project for water exploitation along the High Douro River.

[摘要] This Resolution enforces the project for water exploitation along the High Douro River and its affluents. The objectives of this Resolution is to enforce the construction of a new dam in order to comply with water and hydropower needs (similar to the dam of Foz Côa). It consists of 8 points specifying the policy to be applied in order to enforce the said sector.
