[摘要] This Resolution is composed of 3 articles: creation of a centre for afforestation experiments and nurseries for production of plants necessary for soil conservation, agricultural development, gardens and street ornaments (art. 1). The implementation of this project is entrusted to the Rural Development Department in cooperation with the Agricultural Administration in the zone of Al-biqa (art. 2).
