[摘要] This Order sets regulations regarding the import, sale and production for export within the EU and the EFTA countries (European Free Trade Association countries) of cars, vans and materials and components thereof. Import, sale and production for export within the EU and the EFTA countries of balance weights, carbon brushes for electric motors and brake linings for all cars and vans are prohibited if they contain hazardous substances, in particular lead.
