Regulation implementing some provisions of the Fertilizers and Fertilizing Act.

[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 17 paragraphs, lays down provisions concerning tests on fertilizers and marketing of fertilizers. It establishes the conditions for issuing the authorization required to place on the market fertilizers. In addition, the Regulation specifies allowed contaminants in fertilizers and their limit values, in order to protect human health and the environment.
