[摘要] These Regulations amend the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme Regulations 2011 in regulation 42, which was substituted in the principal regulations by the Renewable Heat Incentive Scheme (Amendment) Regulations 2015 in relation to heat produced from the combustion of biogas from the biogas production plant.
