Decree-Law No. 141/2010 establishing the renewable energy National goals in the framework of the National Energy Strategy 2020.

[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 4 Chapters and 3 Annexes, establishes the renewable energy National goals in the framework of the National Energy Strategy 2020, and partially transfers the EU Parliament and Council Directive No. 2009/28. It aims at performing the following activities: partially transferring to the National legislation the above mentioned EU Directive related to the promotion and use of energy originated from renewable sources, amending EU Directive No. 2001/77/CE, and No. 2003/30
