Law No. 269 amending Law on energy saving (No. 88).

[摘要] Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State system of energy saving and competent authority in the sphere of energy saving shall be established”. Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “State control and supervision over rational use of fuel and energy shall be carried out by the authorized state body in the sphere of energy saving”.
