Act amending Acts on promotion of biofulels.

[摘要] The present Act introduces some amendments to the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trade Act in its consolidated version of 26 September 2002(BGBl. I p. 1578). In particular, the Act adds article 37e on fees and costs; empowerment and article 37f on duties of the federal government.
