Ministerial Decree No. 284 validating the Regulation on expertise of nuclear and radiation safety.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree sets forth the modalities of expertise of nuclear and radiation safety by specialized organizations accredited at competent public authority in accordance with the national legislation in the sphere of nuclear energy use. The aforesaid expertise shall be conducted once in three years. Operator of nuclear energy plants shall forward request for expertise to specialized organizations.
