Notification prohibiting fish farming in enclosed bays and gulf areas.

[摘要] This Notification sets forth principles for defining the areas where fish farming is prohibited. Criteria for defining an area as an enclosed bay and gulf are listed as well. The Notification also prohibits fish farming in natural and archaeological sites, as specified by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Existing fish farms must report to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry within 1 May 2007 in order to verify the status of their areas as per the criteria established. Fish farms meeting
