Ministerial Decree No. 1186 regulating some issues of compensation of damages caused by the infringement of environmental legislation.

[摘要] This Ministerial Decree validates compensation rates for the following environmental offences: (a) illegal logging and destruction of trees and shrubbery; (b) other damages to forestry by natural and legal persons; and (c) illegal collection, harvesting, procurement or destruction of protected plant species.
