Ministerial Decree laying down guidelines concerning the use of new systems for Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] The present Decree establishes guidelines relating to the implementation of new systems of Environmental Impact Assessment, which are intended for preventing and reducing environmental pollution. The guidelines deal particularly with noise pollution, atmospheric pollution and soil and water pollution.
