Energy Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance enforces the Energy Law of 19 June 1983. Article 1 establishes that the Building Department is entrusted with the implementation of energy planning in the Canton. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Energy planning (I); Promotion of pilot projects (II); Contributions to the energy optimization (III); Information and vocational training (IV); Final provisions (V).
