Regulation amending the Regulation on prevention of major industrial accidents and lessening their adverse impacts.

[摘要] This Regulation makes minor change in Paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the Regulation on prevention of major industrial accidents and lessening their adverse impacts, by amending Subparagraph (b) as “The articles 9 and 13 regarding maximum preventive measures and emergency plan enter into force on 1 July 2017” and by adding Subparagraph (d) as “The articles 10 and 11 regarding preparation of documents on major accident prevention policy enter into force on 31 December 2016”.
