Executive Decree No. 65/13 approving the Regulation of the National Direction of Petroleum and Biofuel.

[摘要] This Executive Decree, approves the Regulation of the National Direction of Petroleum and Biofuel within the Ministry of Petroleum. The Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned National Direction, entitled to promoting the implementation of the National Policy on Petroleum, for activities related to licensing, exploitation, development and production of petroleum, including processing and biofuel production.
