[摘要] After more than 20 years of implementing the new reform, under the leadership of the Party, agriculture, farming and rural areas, Vietnam has achieved quite comprehensive and great achievements. The Secretariat Committee of the 14th Central Regional Agreement on Agriculture, Farming and Rural Resources, aims at continuing to grow at a relatively high rate in the direction of commodity production, improving productivity, quality and efficiency; firmly assuring national food security.
