[摘要] This Decree-Law approves EC Parliament and Council Regulation No. 166/2006 of 18 January on the creation of the Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers. It consists of 14 articles and 1 Annex guaranteeing the implementation of the obligation related to the creation of Pollutant Release and Transfer Registers, amending Council Directive No. 91/689/CEE, related to hazardous wastes and Council Directive No. 96/61/CE, related to the integrated prevention and control o environmental pollutants.
