[摘要] These Regulations make provisions for the installation, operation and maintenance of electrical equipment. Any Electrical Services Engineer, Competent Electrical Engineer, Electrical Supervisor, Chargeman, Wireman or Cable Jointer shall possess a valid Certificate of Competency appropriate to such category.
