[摘要] Article 6.3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Individual entrepreneurs, legal persons generating waste in the process of economic activities performed thereby on sites subject to regional state environmental audit shall elaborate rates of waste generation scheme in line with methodological instructions validated by the authorized regional state body in the sphere of waste management”.
