[摘要] No petroleum shall be imported, transported, stored or distributed except as in accordance with the provisions of section 4. The Government shall appoint officers to test petroleum and its flash point, and grant certificates of the results of such tests (sects. 15-19). The remaining sections contain penal provisions.
