[摘要] The aim of this Law is to regulate the sewage disposal and surface water drainage in order to protect the environment against pollution. The present Law is composed of 20 articles. Article 1 deals with terms and definitions. Articles 2-6 pertain to the following: scope of application; licensing; licensing procedures; modification of licensing requirements; and revocation of licences.
