Regional Law No. 69/2016-OZ amending Regional Law No. 97/2010-OZ “On energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency”.

[摘要] Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The main directions of the regional state policy in the sphere of energy saving shall be: (a) program approach to energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; (b) instrumental metering in the process of energy generation, processing, transport, storage, distribution and consumption; (c) use of renewable energy sources; and (d) monitoring and assessment of the consumption of energy resources, and efficiency of use thereof”.
