Decision No. 19/2003/QD-BTNMT promulgating the Regulation on the procedures for certification of completion of application of thorough handling measures by seriously polluting establishments under the Prime Minister's Decision No. 64/2003/QD-TTg.

[摘要] The Regulation provides for the certification of compliance for those premises and facilities resulted as polluting: in the documentation shall be reported the closing of facilities and cessation of polluting activities or the compliance with environmental standards. The same standards apply to renovation, or upgrading of waste or water facilities which must be certified compliant and not polluting.
