[摘要] The Decree, provides for the establishment of an Exclusive Economic Zone in the Black Sea, claims sovereign and jurisdictional rights of Romenia in the Zone, and outlines rules for activities by other states or nationals of other states within the Zone. The outer part of the EEZ shall extend 200 nautical miles from the baselines from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured.
