Natural Gas Monitoring Ordinance 2017.

[摘要] The present Ordinance is enacted under Natural Gas Management Act 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to data survey in order to carry out control functions as listed in article 131 of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Surveys (2); Execution of surveys (3); Final provisions (4).
