Decree No. 51/04 on Environmental Impact Assessment.

[摘要] This Decree, consisting of 25 articles and 1 Annex, approves the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Legislation, aiming at regulating the environmental and administrative procedures related to the implementation of public and private projects. It establishes the environmental requirements to be satisfied in order to benefit from the authorization to perform any environmental activity. The Annex lists down all the activities needing a EIA authorization.
