Korm. of the Government laying down executive measures of free allocation of emission allowances for power plants on the basis of Act No. CCXVII of 2012 on the participation in the scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading within the Community and in the implementation of the Effort Sharing Decision.

[摘要] This Decree provides rules regarding the allocation of emission allowances and the determination of the market value to be paid by electric energy producers, the distribution of contributions among investments and accounting, the application for and payment of contributions, reporting obligations in connection to allocations under derogation, the selection of the independent auditor, the control of utilization of contributions, and the follow-up of investments.
