[摘要] These Regulations set out measures to contain, prevent and reduce emissions of the fluorinated greenhouse gases covered by the Kyoto Protocol. They specify the rules to be complied with as regards shipment or export of such substances and prescribe that all facilities where such substances are stored must be registered.
