[摘要] The present Regulation enacts sections 24 and 50 the Environmental Assessment Act. The Regulation deals with application for environmental assessment certificate, and in particular with its time limits. Section 1 establishes that the director of the competent office must evaluate and decide within 30 days after the date on which he receives an application whether to accept it or not.
