Resolution No. 150 of 2014 of Georgian Government on Action Plan against Illegal Circulation of Nuclear and Radioactive Substances

[摘要] The Resolution regulates illegal circulation of radioactive and nuclear substances in Georgia. It consists of seven articles: Scope of regulation (1); Legislative basis (2); Purpose and goal (3); Definition of terms (4); Responsible agencies (5); Response procedure after stopping the circulation of radioactive and radioactive substances (6); and Examination act of physical evidence (7). The purpose of the Resolution is to ensure coordination among state agencies in the area of radiation safety.
