Law on Using Renewable Energy Resources for Electricity Production.

[摘要] This Law provides for rules and principles to protect renewable energy resource areas and to certify the electric energy produced from these resources. Development plans for public or treasury lands that could have a negative impact on renewable energy resource areas are prohibited. A “Renewable Energy Resource Certificate” will be issued to those who produce electric energy from such resources.
