[摘要] This Decree establishes hygienic and sanitary requirements for maximum contents limits of dimethylhydrazine (heptyl) in soil. It shall be valid on the whole territory of the Russian Federation and it shall be used as guidelines by natural persons, legal persons and individual entrepreneurs whose activity is related to environmental quality control and environmental impact assessment.
