[摘要] This Decree approves the Regulation of the National Agency for Nuclear Energy (ANEA). The Statute of ANEA, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes the functioning of the above mentioned institution and is divided as follows: General provisions, definitions relating to nuclear energy, composition and competencies of ANEA (Chap. I); Structure (Chap. II); Financial aspects (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
