Energy Pipelines Regulations 2001.

[摘要] This Regulation, consisting of 53 sections divided into seven Parts and completed by three Schedules, provides for the construction, operation and maintenance of pipelines for the conveyance of hydro-carbons destined to energy production. It regulates permits and licences and related procedures and registration, and defines guidelines and requirements for the construction of, operation and maintenance of pipelines.
