[摘要] These Regulations implement in part in the United Kingdom Directive 2009/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the geological storage of carbon dioxide. In particular, they implement Articles 18 and 20 on the transfer of responsibility for a closed storage site and the associated financial mechanism.
