Regional Legislative Decree No. 16/2014/M amending the multi-municipal system of water supply and sanitation and the multi-municipal system of waste collection in the Autonomous Region of Madeira.

[摘要] This Regional Legislative Decree amends the multi-municipal system of water supply and sanitation and the multi-municipal system of waste collection in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. Amendments deal with administrative and legal proceedings and in particular with the title ownership of the Society which belongs to Municipalities of the Autonomous Region of Madeira that adhere to the above mentioned systems. Financial aspects are also amended accordingly.
