[摘要] The purpose of this Presidential Decree is to define matters delegated by the Toxic Chemicals Control Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The criteria for the designation of toxic chemicals and observational chemicals set forth in Article 2, Items 3 and 5 of the Toxic Chemicals Control Act shall be as prescribed in Annex 1.
