[摘要] This Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of seven paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: the types of enterprises which may considerably affect the environment; the types of enterprises for which it is compulsory to create reports on environmental impact; the modifications in the qualification of enterprises which may affect the environment.
