Mining and Petroleum Legislation Amendment (Harmonisation) Act 2015 No. 40.

[摘要] This Act, consisting of three Schedules, amends and repeals the documents as above specified concerning the exploration and mining operations of petroleum in the territory of New South Wales. Schedules deal with the following issues: Schedule 1 on the amendments of Mining Act 1992 No. 29; Schedule 1B on Further provisions relating to authorisations generally; Schedule 2 on the amendments of Petroleum (Onshore) Act 1991 No. 84; Schedule 3 on Consequential amendment of other Acts.
