[摘要] This Law amends Law No. 14.675 establishing the Environmental Code within the State of Santa Catarina. Amendments deal with the addition of §§ 1 and 2 to article 29 of the above mentioned Law concerning the open-pit excavation activities, crushing plants and related activities, exclusively for the construction, maintenance and improvement of municipal, state or internal roads of rural properties, with no commercial purpose, are exempted from environmental licensing, only if they are inserted in
