[摘要] These Regulations amend the principal regulations by replacing the Annexes. The Annexes specify techniques of genetic modification, list principles to be followed for the assessment under the Regulations, list containment and other protective measures, and specify information required for the notification referred to in article 6 of the principal Regulations.
