[摘要] Item 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Special authorization (licence) for operations with the sources of ionizing radiation of state significance or performance essential modifications thereof can be requested by a business person registered in a member-state of the European Union. Operator of nuclear plant can be a business entity registered in the Latvian Republic”.
