Gene Technology Regulations 2011.

[摘要] These Regulations, consisting of eight Parts and three Schedules, regulate all requirements related to gene technology activity, including licensing, risk assessment, Genetically Modified Organism, competent authorities, etc. The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe those matters that are required, permitted, necessary or convenient to be prescribed for the implementation of the Gene Technology Act 2001. These Regulations are made under section 193 of the Gene Technology Act 2001.
