[摘要] Inter-Ministerial Decree of 27 December 1991 is hereby entirely replaced. The present Ministerial Decree, in compliance with the provisions and principles set out in Act No. 979 of 31 December 1982 as well as Act No. 394 of 6 December 1991, provides for the creation of the protected marine area "Capo Rizzuto", which is delimited by the line joining the points referred to in article 3 (including the coastal territories pertaining to the maritime domain).
