[摘要] This Regional Law delimits plenary powers of the regional state bodies in the sphere of industrial and consumer waste management. Regional Legislative Assembly shall be responsible for adoption of legislation in the sphere of waste management. Regional Government shall be responsible for conduct of state policy in the sphere of waste management on the regional territory; prevention of natural and technological disaster originating from waste management, and mitigation of the consequences thereof
