Act on electricity fees (No. 896 of 1995).

[摘要] This Act sets rules for taxation on national electricity supply in Denmark. Exception is made for energy production in facilities whose capacity is less than 150 kW. The Act applies to energy produced and consumed on trains, ships, aircraft or other vehicles; energy produced through wind power, hydropower, biogas or other renewable energy; and energy produced for emergency power in case normal electricity supply fails.
