Regional Law No. 2266-ZTO amending Regional Law No. 75-ZTO “On protection of the population and the territory against natural and technological disasters”.

[摘要] Article 9 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Administration shall be responsible for the organization of regional state supervision in the sphere of protection of the population and territory against natural and technological disasters of regional, inter-municipal and municipal levels with the consideration of performance of state supervision set forth by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
